In the fall of 1986, the Burmeister Funeral Homes, with a heritage of 50 years and locations in Avon and Avon Lake, became a part of the Busch Funeral and Crematory Services. Both Funeral Home locations are under the careful direction of the Busch Family, William Burmeister and his staff. DIRECTIONS: I -90 West
I-90 West to Crocker-Bassett exit. Turn left (South) to the first intersection, which is Detroit Road (Route 254), and turn right. Near K-Mart and the Promenade Shopping Center. Go about 2 miles West. The funeral home is on the right across from the Glass Garden Restaurant and located on the County/City Line.
DIRECTIONS: I-77 North I-71 North Akron Canton to I-490 West to I-90 West. I-90 West. I-90 West to Crocker-Bassett exit. Turn left (South) to the first intersection, which is Detroit Road (Route 254), and turn right. Near K-Mart and the Promenade Shopping Center. Go about 2 miles West. DIRECTIONS: Route 2 Turnpike (Exit 142)
East to Route 83 exit and turn right (South) to Detroit Road (Route 254). Turn left on to Route 254 (West) for approximately 5 minutes. The funeral home is on the left across from the Glass Garden Restaurant and located on the County/City Line.
DIRECTIONS: I-480
I-480 to Clague Road Exit and turn right. Proceed North crossing over Route 10 (Lorain Road), Route 20 (Center Ridge Road) to Route 254 (Detroit Road ) and turn left. Very near the I-90 overpass. Proceed West on Detroit Road for approximately 15 minutes. The funeral home is on the right across from the Glass Garden Restaurant and located on the County/City Line.
DIRECTIONS: I-80 Westbound - Exit 151
When leaving toll booth follow the Cleveland - East (Route 10) exit to the next intersection. Turn left on to Lear - Nagel Road. Continue North past Route 20 to Detroit Road (Route 254) and turn right by Holy Family Church. The funeral home is 1 mile on the left.
DIRECTIONS: I-71 North
Take I-71 North to Route 83 exit and turn left and continue North through Lodi. Once in Avon, turn right on Detroit Road (Route 254). The funeral home is about 3 miles on the left.
